Why We Exist
I have always loved the cross section between technology and customers, and I love figuring out how to translate technical solutions into commercial success. I have found over the years that companies often expect product value to automatically translate for customers, when in reality, there is deep work to be done to proactively deliver meaningful customer outcomes. Developing a thoughtful Customer Success approach is one way to operationalize this translation and ensure customers are experiencing the value your team envisioned when a product or solution was designed.
About the Founder
Beth Skierski
I spent the first 15 years of my career at General Electric. I built my expertise for 9 years in the Engineering function, where I developed a deep appreciation for root cause analysis and process development. I was then a part of GE’s Corporate Leadership Staff/Accelerated Leadership Program, where I had the opportunity to lead and learn in Product Management, Sales, and Commercial Excellence. I then transitioned into building and leading my division’s first Customer Success team. In both my work life and my personal life, I have a passion for being a connector - building bridges across functions, seeing things from others’ points of view, and finding ways to move forward together. I believe that trust is the foundation of all successful teams, and that acting with kindness and compassion in the workplace leads to high performing teams who are not afraid to push on each other and help each other grow.
